Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the end of any billing cycle.
Are services provided by licensed therapists?
UnitedWerks provides coaching and educational services informed by advanced psychological training — not licensed clinical therapy. If you require clinical mental health services, we'll provide appropriate referrals.
Is the homeschool curriculum aligned to state standards?
Yes. Curriculum is designed with state-level requirements in mind and can be customized to meet your state's specific standards for homeschooling compliance.
Do you offer sliding scale or income-based pricing?
As a non-profit, we're committed to accessibility. Reach out directly to discuss sliding scale options — we believe financial constraints should not prevent you from receiving support.
How do sessions work — are they video or phone?
Sessions are conducted via video call (Zoom or equivalent) by default. Phone-only options are available on request. All sessions are scheduled at your convenience.
