Our Mission
Alvin Sons exists to guide young men into intentional manhood—helping them discover their purpose, strengthen their walk with Christ, and build the character needed to lead, provide, and thrive. Inspired by the legacy of Alvin, this program stands in the gap for young men who need consistent guidance, accountability, and support.

Who We Serve
Alvin Sons is designed for young men ages 18–30 who are ready to grow, willing to learn, and open to spiritual and personal development. Whether they grew up with strong support systems or without a father’s presence, this program offers brotherhood, stability, and mentorship rooted in faith.

Our Core Pillars

  • Purpose – Helping young men understand their identity, gifts, and direction so they can build lives of intention and impact.

  • Pursuit – Strengthening their spiritual foundation through biblical mentorship, prayer, discipleship, and conversations about faith in real life.

  • Provision – Equipping participants with practical skills—from financial responsibility to career readiness—so they can become strong providers for themselves, their families, and their future.

What Participants Receive

  • Monthly mentoring sessions

  • Biblical teaching and faith-based discussions

  • Life skills workshops (finances, communication, discipline, leadership, etc.)

  • Career and calling guidance

  • Accountability partners and small group support

  • Community service projects

  • Networking opportunities with trusted men across industries

  • A brotherhood committed to growth, responsibility, and purpose

Program Structure

  • Meets twice a month (one group session, one 1:1 or small-group check-in)

  • Hybrid format (in-person or virtual, depending on location)

  • Service opportunities offered quarterly

  • Open enrollment twice a year

All sessions are designed to be real, practical, and rooted in Scripture—helping young men grow spiritually, emotionally, and professionally.

Alvin Sons exists to stand in that gap—offering faith, structure, wisdom, and genuine accountability from men who care. This program is built on legacy, identity, and the belief that every young man has a God-given purpose waiting to be activated.
