Our Research

Published Research from Our Team

Real studies, real data — showing the world we do not just talk about helping people, we prove it with science.

Religiosity and Job Satisfaction

Dr. Killrain Lewis · Liberty University · School of Psychology

This study explored whether a person's faith and spiritual practices have any connection to how happy they are at work. Using validated psychology scales, we surveyed working adults to find out.

Variance Explained

Key Finding: Nearly 15% of how satisfied someone feels at their job can be connected to their religious and spiritual beliefs. This suggests that workplaces that allow room for spirituality could see happier employees.

African American Enrollment in Christian Schools

Dr. Chrishell Lewis · Liberty University · EdD in Educational Leadership (2024)

This mixed-methods study explored why only 4% of students at a NE Texas Christian school were African American — even though 76% of African Americans profess Christianity. Using interviews, a student survey, and a family focus group, Dr. Chrishell Lewis gathered real voices from teachers, students, and parents to find solutions grounded in both research and biblical principles.
